I am an openly trans, queer, autistic therapist who loves working with uniquely wired minds. I believe therapy works best when it’s real, collaborative, and a little bit human. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and tailored to how your brain actually works—no masking required. I work especially well with folks who’ve always felt a little different or hard to fit into typical boxes. Together, we’ll build insight, reconnect with your values, and help you grow into your most authentic, confident self—quirks and all. I work with autistic, gender-diverse, and neurodivergent folks, as well as people from marginalized communities, often navigating complex trauma. I provide a warm, judgment-free space for uniquely wired minds to explore, heal, and grow into their most authentic selves.
