Hi, I’m Lacita, Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Female Empowered Progressions, LLC. I specialize in helping Black and African American women and women from ALL backgrounds navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, narcissistic abuse recovery, and the struggle to set healthy boundaries. If you’ve ever found yourself overextending for others, second-guessing your worth, or feeling stuck in survival mode, you’re not alone and you don’t have to stay there.
