What's wrong? . . . I don't know . . . This is a common conversation parents and children have. "I don't know" can leave everyone feeling frustrated and hopeless. The full range of emotions are overwhelming and it is understandable this is their response. I hope to offer a safe space, for children and teens, to feel respected and supported as they navigate their parent's divorce, transitions in school, friendships, or being a member of the LGBTQIA+ communities.
