I help young people experiencing grief, transitions, and trauma to cultivate self-compassion and find the best next steps for them. Experiencing grief and trauma is like being part of a club you never asked to be in. Your emotions might feel completely overwhelming or totally numbed out. Either way, you’re finding yourself looking for ways to heal and find a new normal that makes sense. I am passionate about working with folks seeking trauma recovery, healing from grief, or just navigating intense emotional highs and lows. My style in therapy is approachable and laid back, while honoring how tender it is to open up. I believe it is life-changing to learn to access curiosity, befriend our grief, and embrace our inner child.
