I am a queer, Latinx, licensed, therapist (LCSW-CA) California with 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I help adults and older adults manage and cope with a variety of mental health concerns that develop throughout the lifespan. I strive to be a perceptive therapist who can easily and quickly understand any perspective and establish a safe space. My main focus and approach to individual therapy is healing through empowerment. I am driven to be an ally to everyone’s journey in building a strong and stable mental health foundation so that they can move through the world with an empowered sense of self.
