I believe that all people have an innate ability and desire for growth. Some of us just need that someone that they can talk to. Most of us think we are strong enough to be able to work it out on our own. Unfortunately, that is not always true. We tend to be our own worst enemy. Sometimes, a different perspective is all it takes. Many of us live life in accordance to our "belief system". If we carry a negative self view or the world, how can we expect to live life to it's fullest. We are working to heal our inner child through self-compassion, understanding, non-judgement and validation of self and others.
