The word "filotimo" is a Greek word that encompasses a complex array of virtues, such as honor, dignity, respect and walking in the right path...after all, isn't that what we're all trying to do at the end of the day- walk in the right path while causing the least amount of collateral damage? I'll offer you a judgement-free space to help you untangle your thoughts and feelings, all the while reminding you to be compassionate and patient with yourself; therapy takes time!
