If you're looking for a therapist who affirms your gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship style (whether monogamous or non-monogamous), and even kink/BDSM lifestyles, then let's get to work! Most of my current clients are queer, kinky, and/or neurodivergent. I create a safe space for all of your identities! I'm all about focusing on your strengths, so I'll be there to support and challenge you as you work towards your goals. I'm committed to being present and supportive while you explore what feels safest and most authentic to you. Your true self is safe with me. We will build on your current strengths, incorporate mindfulness, a dash of DBT skills, talk about your family/past in a meaningful way (how did "you" become YOU), unpack trauma in a sensitive and safe way, explore how culture/society played a part in your development. I will follow your lead. You are the boss here.
