There’s the impending climate crisis, conflict abroad, and an increasingly polarizing political climate. Even before the pandemic, there were reasons to feel stressed and withdraw - whether microgressions at work, being told “you’re too ”- fill in the blank, or trying to figure out how to juggle parenting and how it's changed everything in your life. Or maybe you're struggling with seeing your child adjust and cope with challenges at school. Life can be overwhelming; seeking help shouldn’t be. I take the time to get to know you and your family and the facets of your identity, culture, values, and relationships. We think together about the internal and external factors, past and present, that contribute to current struggles. We work to repair past traumas, regulate family nervous systems, and help you find joy and ease in your relationships.
