Relationships are an essential part of the human experience. I can offer support to help you navigate whatever is happening in your life or in your relationship. We will work together to create positive lasting changes in a supportive and encouraging environment. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and sex-positive therapist, I utilize several methods of therapy based on my client's needs. I am a LGBTQIA+ friendly, Poly, and Kink affirming practice. I specialize in individual, couples, and sex therapy. When working together, we will discuss goals and expectations for the therapeutic process. I am trained in the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), and I have completed all coursework to pursue sex therapy certification. Additionally, I work from an anti-oppressive and social justice lens.
