Most times, our issues have deeper roots, and I will help navigate and get to the core while developing tools to cope with the stressors felt in the day to day. The mental load of it all is heavy, and I'm here to help lighten the weight by providing support, discover true understanding of yourself, and developing tools that work for you. I specialize in treating various mental health diagnoses along with life stressors, burn-out, and grief. I am a CSAC with extensive experience treating addictive behaviors. I have training in supporting women and men in pregnancy and postpartum stages. I support caregivers and challenges related to cancer & chronic illness.
