My ideal client is psychologically minded and motivated to engage in meaningful personal growth. I primarily work with women between the ages of 22 and 70 who are seeking support in managing anxiety or recovering from depression. I am particularly passionate about helping clients establish healthier boundaries in relationships and heal from the impact of being raised by emotionally immature parents. My practice supports women navigating grief, relationship challenges, divorce, blended family issues, self-esteem concerns and recovery from complex developmental trauma.
