Sometimes feelings of sadness and stress can feel overwhelming and isolating. Maybe you feel like work and school are added weight on your shoulders. You might even feel lost. Any life changes can make us feel like we are scrambling around for stability or comfort. Working on our mental health can feel like a lonely or burdensome process. But, it does not have to be. In our sessions, we will foster an environment where you can feel empowered. I leave room for you to make the therapeutic space your own.
