I hope to cultivate a collaborative, safe, and compassionate environment that promotes healing and facilitates navigation through what life may bring. Our complex experiences influence how we move through life, including how we maneuver its stressors and challenges. I use an integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches combined with additional evidence-based modalities, to collaboratively explore, grow, and work towards a life worth living for you.
