Julie is a licensed therapist, trained in multiple holistic healing methods such as Somatic therapy, Equine and animal Assisted Therapies, Energy Healing, Hypnosis and Meditation. She incorporates therapeutic movement, animals, oils, drumming and and singing bowls to assist you in your journey. Julie offers adult wellness and therapeutic coaching experiences for individuals, couples, corporate groups and for retreats. Limited availability, local and distance sessions available. She then guides through removing the trauma and blocks that keep them from getting there. It is a process of rewiring the brain and body to understand you are no longer experiencing the trauma.
