For over 16 years my passion has been "people” and helping them to get to the core of who they are. In keeping a customer service approach and coupling it with a mental health and a trauma focused lens, my modality of choice for intervention is from the Humanistic Paradigm- I will meet you where you are and then we work from there. Trauma hinders our progress whether the exposure is miniscule, extensive or somewhere in-between. Unless we can identify and understand this impact one cannot start moving towards healing.
