Welcome to First Resilience! We are professional, relatable therapists who are trained in working with trauma, stress and communication issues. We specialize in working with first responders, military, healthcare workers, aviation, FBI, corrections and others with high stress occupations. We also work with family members of these professionals. If there are substance issues, we can help! We have availability on weekdays and currently offer Saturday appointments.
