As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I believe that healing begins with feeling understood. Life and relationships can be overwhelming, and sometimes we just need a safe space to slow down, reflect, and find our way forward. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and guiding you toward the changes you hope to see. My clinical focus includes relationship issues, anxiety, depression, parenting stress, and life transitions.
