I work with adults who are seeking relief and understanding of what underlies their anxieties, depression and any feelings of powerlessness, in a empathetic and judgement free manner. For the last ten years, I have worked exclusively with adults. My work involves, but is not limited to, empowering my patients and helping them identify/understand life patterns, such as, repeatedly in unhappy relationships/situations, difficulty achieving a goal, or feeling unhappy/dissatisfied in all stages of life.
