I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) located in New York City. Specifically, I work in adult and adolescent psychotherapy, mentorship, and overall mind and body wellness. In my work I've discovered that congruence, or alignment between one's internal and external world, is the single most important factor to achieving true happiness. Through my holistic, genuine, empathetic, and often direct approach, my clients can attain congruence in their lives.
