Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, PTSD, or relationship challenges. Immigrants and Caribbean individuals often carry added layers of stress, identity struggles, or cultural stigma around mental health. You may be seeking relief from constant worry, painful memories, or the feeling of being misunderstood. You may long for healthier relationships, more peace of mind, or simply a safe space to process your experiences. My role is to provide that supportive, nonjudgmental environment where your story is heard and respected.
