Sometimes it feels like anxiety, trauma, or other stressors control our lives more than we do. We might feel stuck or overwhelmed by this. I offer therapy to help you get unstuck and build more of the life you want to live. While my practice is open to all clients, it is focused on helping people living with disabilities and/or chronic illness. My goal is to support you in moving through life with autonomy and self-compassion.
