Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I have over 12 years of experience working as a therapist. Much of my work has focused in treatment of various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, substance abuse, phobias, impulse control and life transitions. I find that most of my clients are successful within therapy with the techniques implemented in my sessions, such as unconditional positive regard or empathetic understanding.
