Whether you're dealing with relationships, anxiety, depression, bipolar, or family problems, when we meet, I care about what you share and listen patiently without judgment. Together, we can look at any feelings or problems and put them into context. Therapy can alleviate stress, inform your decisions, and build strength. I work with adults and couples on a variety of issues. As a clinical social worker, I am oriented to look at people holistically. Collaboratively, we will explore your experiences in relation to family, work, sexuality, health, and more. I start where you are, provide a safe environment, and proceed from there.
