Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with a variety of populations, including both adults and seniors in hospital settings and private practice. My type of clients often feel overwhelmed by challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, women’s issues, pre/post-partum struggles, parenting, work pressures, unresolved emotional pain, and chronic medical illness. I take a wholistic approach to therapy, using psychodynamic techniques to help clients understand the interconnected parts of their unique self and eventually bring balance within these parts.
