I am experienced in working with individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, family struggles, low self esteem, life transitions and stress, to name a few. I have a specific strong suit in Parent Training (including parent accountability, behavioral issues, structure, routine) and issues of self-worth. Many modes of therapy are incorporated into my work as no one approach works for everyone. I offer a unique perspective in helping people. Faith based counseling is available.
