I am here to let you know that you're not alone. I'll walk alongside you helping you through your journey to hope, healing, and peace. Life is precious but short to let the stressors, past trauma, depression, and anxiety rob us of the opportunity to experience the life full of joy and peace. It is my hope and pray to work with you to uncover the source of these unpleasant feelings and emotions and begin an inspired journey to self-discovery and peace of mind. As a psychotherapist, I believe therapy needs to be tailored based on individual needs; thus, I draw from multiple treatment modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief, Emotion Focused, Person-centered, and my specialty training is focused on EMDR techniques that treats trauma, childhood neglect, and veteran with PTSD.
