Throughout this journey in life both adults and adolescents encounter obstacles, troubles, and trauma. While doing so it can be very beneficial to have a safe space for support, care, and growth. It is my privilege to have the opportunity to assist clients with navigating through a time in their life in such a way that would bring a better understanding and clarity to their emotions and feelings. My greatest hope would be to help create a more meaningful, healthy, and purposeful lifestyle. I focus in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief, loss, separation, divorce, and trauma just to name a few.
