Life be lifing! I get it, all the things in the world, then add in chaotic life experiences, all the things that make you a adult AND then your mental health also needs some TLC, which honestly seems like a chore with all the other things going on. Let me talk to you though, what if I told you I would love to create a safe space for you to talk about these things and more. My goal with clients is to allow them to show unapologetically & authentically themselves, your sessions with me is your safe space. I love being a therapist but what I love more, is the growth that a client commits to and to literally watch them flourish. Did you know, that butterflies flutter not as a random wandering behavior but they choose each wing stroke from a customized armoury of twists, flaps, claps and flings which allows for them to maintain steady flight and landing.
