My ideal clients are adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck and are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I often work with survivors of domestic or sexual violence, military service members and veterans, and individuals impacted by substance use or loss. They want a safe, compassionate space where they feel respected, understood, and supported as they build healthier coping skills, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves and others.
