About
My work is grounded in a social justice framework and shaped by deep respect for lived experience. I work with clients from diverse and marginalized backgrounds, including those navigating chronic illness, disability, and identity-related stress. I value transparency, collaboration, and setting goals that feel realistic and humane. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, parts-work and humanistic narrative therapy. We will use any combination of these approaches to make changes in your life so that your days feel easier, more meaningful and more aligned with your values. Via virtual therapy, I support Deaf teens, parents of Deaf children, CODAs, and families across language modalities. I also provide supervision, consultation, and training on Deaf mental health issues.
