I am a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on working with adults and adolescents. I have experience in private practice as well as community mental health and domestic violence shelters. My primary focus is on developing a good relationship with my clients by providing a nonjudgmental and supportive environment. I specialize in working with trauma and anxiety in addition to depression, grief, communication, and self esteem concerns.
