With years of experience as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), working as an Elementary School Counselor, and a Mental Health Counselor, I have found my passion for working with individuals in different stages of life from young children to adults. Everyone's journey is different, I enjoy working together to create a unique plan to help guide you moving forward through life's challenges. By providing support, and evidence based practices, I look forward to working with you to form a new direction and vision for your life, creating a stronger version of yourself. My therapeutic approach and style are holistic, also led by you and your family, utilizing the following treatment modalities: CBT, Family Systems, Strengths Perspective, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and trauma informed approaches.
