What does it mean to actually thrive in life? And what does this look like in the midst of suffering, anxiety, depression, or addiction? Counseling is a great place to start addressing these questions. I count it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they courageously process their stories and navigate the hard parts of life. I desire to provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their hopes and fears, as well as unhelpful patterns in life.
