I take a holistic, whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing that our thoughts, emotions, physical health, relationships, and daily environments are deeply connected. When one area feels off, it often impacts the others. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and challenges with emotional regulation. Together, we focus on strengthening these interconnected areas to restore balance, build resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change in everyday life.
