Fox + Feather offers trauma-informed, anti-diet therapy for eating disorder recovery, sexual abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, and grief. We are a team of art therapists and counselors, serving female-identifying clients and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our clients are courageous souls with a deep curiosity for understanding who they are and how to feel whole. We offer spiritual and creative resources for those ready to experience deeper peace and greater personal power. Sessions blend art therapy with conversation, allowing insight to emerge in ways that don’t rely on words alone. We follow the nervous system, the moment, and what feels most alive- sometimes through dialogue, and most often through creative expression.
