Welcome to my site! Are you looking for an experienced and professional therapist? I have been a therapist for over 30 years, and I help all ages from preschoolers to seniors. I am warm, accepting, and easily accessible to my clients. Are you grieving the death of a family member or another type of loss? Are you in a high conflict relationship? Do overwhelming negative thoughts and feelings block you? Do you need guidance regarding parenting? Would you like to decrease emotional reactivity/anxiety and increase emotional regulation? Does past trauma keep you from believing in yourself? I am dedicated to helping you and your family. I was in the field of exceptional student education, before I became a psychotherapist . I worked as a developmental therapist and a Supervisor of an infant/toddler, preschool, and “mainstream” program. I loved helping the children and their families and seeing all the progress. This led me to pursue a second Master's degree in clinical social work.
