We all have difficult times in our lives. I believe we have the answers we are seeking within ourselves. However, we sometimes need help and guidance to get to those answers. And, with help, we all can heal and be whole. As a result, we have more peace and joy in our lives. I am an experienced counselor providing virtual and in-office therapy to children, families, individuals, and couples. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. I approach each client and every counseling session with compassion, humility, and respect, using several theoretical and practical approaches and techniques.
