I've found, in my 20+ years of working as a psychotherapist, that sucessfully moving through life or career transitions can be amazingly difficult. I work well with people who are either contemplating a shift; find themselves in the midst of transition, whether personal or professional; or who have already moved forward and aren't sure how to handle the change. My goal is to help create a partnership through which change can be examined, avenues of pursuit can be explored, and action can be taken--in your context, not mine.
