In our first session, in person, phone or zoom, we will have the opportunity to explore the interpersonal issues you would like to address. Together, we will work to understand the anxiety, disappointment and relationships that impact your life during this critical time. By becoming aware of deeper experiences and feelings, we can reflect on difficulties, hope and a personal vision you may have for yourself.
