I have extensive experience with Drug and Alcohol Treatment, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression. Again, I am here for you and there is hope. I use a combination of evidence based therapies that include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths Perspective, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
