Life is a journey and sometimes we need extra support along the way to learn different ways of navigating the journey. In my therapy practice, I aim to help those learn these techniques through listening, teaching, and coaching. I have 20 years of experience working with individuals from different walks of life. My goal has always been first and foremost to establish and cultivate a trusting relationship. Gaining a good understanding of an individual’s struggles and where they would like assistance is the best place to begin. View 5 Photos I utilize DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) type techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT to help individuals learn skills to help them cope with daily life, get along with others and manage their emotions. I am trained in EMDR which is used to re-process traumatic memories and alleviate trauma symptoms.
