I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life in the aftermath of trauma. In its wake, trauma can leave us feeling like we're stuck pushing the same boulder up a steep hill, never able to rest and never reaching the summit. It can impact our ability to trust ourselves, to trust others, to communicate effectively, and to feel safe in our own bodies. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of past experiences, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore your feelings and work towards healing. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the impact that trauma can have on all areas of our lives. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals and specialize in EMDR therapy, which can be an effective tool in helping people process and heal from traumatic experiences.
