Hi there! Therapy can be a daunting endeavor, and my aim is to make it as accessible as possible for folks. I primarily focus on areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and sexuality. I am largely involved in providing therapy for members of the LGBTQ+ community as well. Working from a person-centered perspective, I aim to meet my clients where they are currently in life, as we are all doing the best we can with what we have. My goal is to provide a safe space where my clients can feel heard, understood, challenged, and enlightened. I hope that by taking this first step in accessing therapy that you begin to feel hopeful and maybe even excited! This is arguably one of the most difficult parts of therapy - finding someone you feel comfortable with. I hope to hear from you and get started on your therapeutic journey together.
