My name is Frances Morales. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. I have been in the helping field since 2006. My approach is to collaboratively work with clients to discover the most helpful ways to talk about and solve their problems. I find that a blended approach; one that draws on elements of different schools of psychotherapy works well. However, I also use CBT, aimed to assist clients learn and practice ways of dealing with negative automatic thought patterns in more adaptive ways.
