As a clinical therapist, my purpose is to center clients in the awareness that they MATTER in the world. For over 25 years I have run a private practice in New York City, working with individuals, couples and groups. My office provides a safe environment for clients to speak openly; to identify and resolve personal challenges and conflicts in order to rediscover and reach their fullest potential - leading to a joyous, healthier life. My practice is grounded in the principles of interpersonal/relational therapy, somatic experience (SE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Goal Oriented Therapy, Spirituality, and EMDR. Specialities include Adults/Adolescents/Couples, Women's Groups, Anxiety/Depression, Eating Disorders, Addictions, Trauma and PTSD, ADHD, Relationshp issues, Loss and Grief, Gay Lesbian Issues, HIV/Aids, Domestic/Sexual Abuse.
