I am passionate about empowering people to thrive and fulfill their potential as well as achieve greater life satisfaction. I have worked with many people who are navigating difficulties to be able to gain greater levels of confidence and growth. I use a collaborative and goal-oriented approach in therapy. I seek to help clients build on their strengths and ultimately to be able to experience life more fully. I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I'm well equipped to address a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, and trauma. I have expertise in working with children and adolescents, both individually and in groups. I also have experience providing tools for parents to set their child up for success.
