The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself. The way you feel about, speak to, and treat yourself, matters. We often struggle to give ourselves the same treatment we give to others. How can we receive and accept the type of treatment we desire from others if we cannot provide it to ourselves? I enjoy helping clients enhance the relationship they have with themselves, increase their self-esteem and self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and feel empowered to advocate for their own needs and desires.
