Welcome! I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to better understand yourself. My goal is to help clients develop deeper self awareness, reflect more internally, and feel more confident in recognizing their ability to make choices in their lives. Therapy with me is collaborative and client centered. I do not believe in telling clients what to do, but instead work alongside them to explore what is coming up and guide the process in a way that feels aligned and meaningful.
