I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with more than 20 years of clinical experience in Central Florida. My office is located in the Baldwin Park community in Orlando. I enjoy working with adults, couples and families. I am fully trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples - a very powerful therapeutic research-based approach aimed at creating and strengthening a secure emotional bond between partners. I am also trained in EFT for Individuals. I offer personalized enrichment and pre-marital counseling centered on EFT principles called "Building a Lasting Connection". I also incorporate mindfulness techniques, relaxation, and guided imagery as powerful tools for increasing self-awareness and reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and stress.
